Hey made this video today about how Rapid is buggy. It randomly turns itself off, intermittently. Unsure of cause, just effect. https://youtu.be/SQqBgIbUibE

This seems only a UI-Issue. You still have the reduced healing Cooldown. I tested is by myself

Incorrect. I have my support station at just under 15sec cooldown to proc adept with it alone. When Rapid isn't working it does not cool down fast enough to keep it stacked.
