keep getting stuck at this screen which forces me to shut down the game | Forums

So this happens in player vs AI matches. After I clicked ready for the next match and went into the hero selection menus, sometimes I realize I forgot to deploy war assets, so I press "back", wanting to go back to the previous menu to deploy war assets. Instead, this screen pops up after I pressed back.

And the game is stuck there forever!! The game isn't frozen as the music goes on and the image is also moving, but I CAN'T DO ANYTHING! I pressed all buttons, none of them do anything, I can't bring up any menu either. The only way to end this is to force shut down the game.

This is so annoying since it has happened several times no, and it's completely ridiculous how it happens!
