Because official patch notes are not the best source of information (to many inconsistency) I wanted to ask here.
Shouldn't flicker bug be addressed in this patch? They talk about removing buffer between button's push so the flicker won't show up. But I see that it's still there, annoying as usual.

They are going with that solution but they have to work out a few kinks as removing the buffer affects the fight logic of some of the heroes. It is what they are going with as soon as they have it ready to go.
