Well it doesn't mean he is OP. We need some more data about that. Let him one shot you till Season 4 and we'll see.

Of course you could dodge it or parry it.

Never encountered that bug myself, what I have encountered is that some of my heavy hits don't register on an oponent even though they stagger from the hit. Kinda weird.

Only thing I've ever seen hit that hard was a dropping attack. If not that then maybe his AP isn't scaling properly with buffs through the field and through feats.

Could you give us more context to the situation?Where were you fighting him? Is it possible he drop attacked you?

Same thing happened to my brother this morning. Same map as well

Looks like a case where the "anvil kill" was for some reason credited to the HL.

Nope, it was definitely not a drop attack, we were fighting in an indoor area.
This happened around 7 p.m. UTC / 22.8.2017.
Match type was brawl, so no feats/boosts there.
Sorry i don't know name of the map, i am playing this game for a couple of days.

Are there any other details i could give you ?

I can check latter today if there is some environment thingy in that corner that could have caused this, but i don't think there is anything, or that this was 'environment' kill.

Perhaps user XJadeDragoonX could give you more details since he mentioned same issue in this thread.

There are anvils there that can kill you when they swing their hammer. Both environmental and minion kills are counted as the player kill in 'Show killer info'. I don't know if it's the same for damage log.
