Read the official posts.... you were never in tier 3, it was a simple message mistake. You got tier 1 rewards, because you actually were in tier 1.

Yep, this was a visual bug.

Me on the other hand, got really betrayed by the game. Should have been tier 3 with my points which never got shown on the leaderboards...they cheated me on 2 masks...
