Even without a patch shouldn't pretty much all games run a lot smoother on the Xbox One X compared to the Xbox One/PS4? Might not be 60FPS though. I hope it doesn't get support, just because I really don't want to have to download a probably 20+ gig update for textures and stuff I'm never going to experience, because as of right now I see absolutely zero reason to upgrade to the One X.

Almost all reviews show that it does run smoother and more consistently at 60 fps, but more to the fact the aliasing is much better. You don't see jagged edges as much and frame rate drop is nearly non-existent.

Does this mythical creation have a fraps counter?

Just to be clear on my doubts over the claims being made by MS and the console fans, I built my pc about a year ago, it cost a touch under £2000. I cant run TD at 4K with max detail and hit 60fps. My video card alone cost (and still does) more than the xonex does. Thats before we get to cpu, DDR4 and the such.

So all this performance talk and claims are a bit outrageous to me.

Multiple people have done videos on youtube -- a simple search helps.

Test all they like, my pc is several times more powerful so forgive my scepticism.

I'd be more sceptical as to the quality settings equivalency than the performance.

A 21:9 screen is why The Division is better on a PC.

When we have more details on what this exactly will entail and a solid date, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Yeah I figured as much, like I said though, as someone who doesn't want to upgrade just yet.

(I'm strapped for cash and there is nothing really worth playing that demands the performance that I need to spend 500 dollars on a console that can already play said game)

I don't mind any and all games getting Xbox One X support via enhanced graphics and stuff but please PLEASE let it be an optional download. I heard Forza 7 is like 100 gigs, I do not need 50+ gig updates in my life while I have garbage tier AT&T 10mbs internet @.@
