Hello,
I'm having some difficulties opening ports. I followed instruction as per listed here and I'm fairly certain I opened them correctly. But when I checked online, the ports are listed as closed. That is confirmed by red NAT ingame. I switched to static IP. Can someone advise me what to do? Thanks

thanks for the reply! After I reviewed your suggestion I'm certain I opened the ports correctly, but no use.To test it I tried command in cmd.exe "telne (port number)" but couldnt connect to the port. Any other suggestions? I was thinking that ISP might be blocking that. Thoughts?
