I've noticed when the highland swings his claymore, if a hero is running and sometimes walking, his claymore will go right through not hit or causing damage.
Do you have a captured clip of this happening? Any kind of visual help is always welcome when it comes to things like this. That way we can look and see if it's a problem with the hitbox, or maybe a weird issue with the physics interactions, an issue with the animation not matching up, etc. etc.
