I haven't played in some time and just learned about the challenges and the rewards. I really wanted that Skull Face Paint from a previous challenge week. Is there any way I'll be able to get that face paint again?
Apparently, some of the rewards have been items that can be purchased so that may be route if you really want them. I don't know if the "skull face" in particular was part of that but I suppose you can check in their store. If not, I guess the only other option to wait and see as Pushrod suggested.
