    Uplay Shop is temporarily unavailable

    For the past few days I have been trying to purchase Assassin's Creed Odyssey on the Uplay store. Every time I try to access the store I get a message saying that the "shop is temporarily unavailable". I have no idea what is causing this issue. I've tried restarting multiple times and as far as I can see there is no way to repair the Uplay Desktop app or to search for updates. I'm at my wits end and would like to have this problem resolved. If anyone knows how to fix it I would appreciate the assistance.

    Same problem here and from what I've seen in several regions, I noticed that some of you are European and have the same problem and I am from Central America
