Gladiator is built pretty well. I honestly love the character. He is pretty cool! My only complaint is his zone attack. It is way too spamable and impossible to dodge. I have noticed this trend after fighting this guy. I also feel that his toe jab should not do any damage. After a light attack, they use this attack and it is almost guaranteed to land. Both these moves cast way too quickly and not punishable.

I agree. His zone is a little bit too strong. In general i don`t think he`s overbuffed but it could be nerfed.
In general i assume he`s the best assasin in the game at the moment. He has so much mix ups available with this unblockables and high HP...
