Prospect member- no rewards
I turned on the in app purchase (iPhone) and bought the prospect member. The rewards were delivered the first couple of days. Later turned off in app purchase and then I did not get the rewards. Didn't realize that this was the problem but can't understand why you need it on to get the rewards as you don't bye the rewards. I've contacted support (05062112) but no reply. Hope you don't make the same mistake as I did. Really frustrating not to get what you have paied for!

I’m sorry to hear this. Turning off in-app purchase shouldn’t be a problem. You'll have to be logged in to your Ubisoft Account (formerly Uplay) though.

Same problem please help
I am having the exact same issue. The first two days I got the rewards for riders club purchase, since then nothing. I have contacted support twice and have gotten no reply. Please help!!! Ticket numbers are 05920684 and 05823611
