Sometimes, when acquiring a feat, it does not work. For level 1 feats, this is fixed when you earn the second one. But for the fourth feat, there is no way to get it if the bug occurs.
I definitely forward the problem over to the team! Letting our support team know about it would be helpful as well, so they can begin documenting the issue.
