Has anyone else not been able to invite anyone to a squad? Every time I invite a friend they get kicked instantly

Group issues are terrible right now cant group up when we do one person gets stuck on Matchmaking screen getting dced all the time and more. Xb1

Yeah this has been happening for a long time now, but after Season 3 went live it's a lot more common, at least a 50/50 chance if someone from our 4 Man will DC before the games even started.
Every now and then a squad member will just get booted from Match Making randomly, no apparent reason as to why.
