Ubisoft,
I must admit that I have been one of many to get frustrated with y'all during the growth of For Honor. I honestly regret getting frustrated because it is not my place to get mad. Y'all work on the game consistently and put a lot of hard work into it. The state the game is in now shows how much work was put into the game and the life it is has been given because of it. Since the games release y'all have done an extraordinary job. I will say, some things need tweaking here and there still, but I've been watching the streams and the issues for the most part being addressed, which I greatly appreciate.
The whole point of this thread is for me to apologize for being a negative non-supportive ******* and to also state my gratitude for all y'all have done to make this game better. Slowly but surely For Honor is getting there and y'all are taking the right steps.
With that being said, I apologize and thank you. Keep up the good work.

"Some" things need a tweaking?
I just bought this over the free weekend and I'm now realizing this is nothing but an incredibly polished and awesome looking coin flipping game.
The light-attacks and guardbreak mechanics alone are nothing short of ridiculous. Prepare for a light attack, fail, the opponent went for guardbreak. Prepare for guardbreak, fail, they went for light attack.
Attack first? Nope, they dodge and you took a free light attack to the face. Or they blocked and you're back to phase 1, choosing between block/dodge or guardbreak counter.
And don't even get me started on the "yeah, no you can't block, you're facing a light/fast hero, and yours, well, he can't switch guards very fast, so..."
I did have a incredible ammount of fun with the game before I realized that, though. The potential to be one of the best game ever made is definetly there.
Instead of fixing the things that need it, like matchmaking and networking, they decided to fix things that just made the game worse. This need to repopulate lobbys after a match is over is just leading to OP groups sticking together and bad groups disbanding. If you get placed into a lobby in progress you can bet your *** you are gonna get CRUSHED because the guys who won the match didnt want to leave it. Its survival of the fittest party, and random matchmaking is going to put you up against the fittest party that just won their last game. This was a feature they intentionally implemented.
I'm spending more time on the forums than in game because of how long it takes to get into a match that is worth staying it. And you always need to have the game in the corner of your eye, or else you are gonna get tossed into a lobby with 4 people, and get stuck in a match with 3 bots on your team.
