ive changed no settings my end and i also have my firewalls disabled no idea what to try next.

i had the same problem, i have solved and idk why i need to do that but it worked XD

now i have green nat but the error 0002001512 in matchmaking ruin my hopes (it's a totally different error, that solution work for nat)

Just reboot all your network equipment. I run into that problem all the time after a patch.
