This is a long development cycle for a game like this. It's rather strange.
The Blood Dragon was worked on instead of a future Trials. So figure another year or so on that.
What happened to the great give and take in the Trials Garage? 3 months...then zero follow up. The developer can let you know rough dates if they wanted...they choose not to. It's an odd way to be towards a community who has supported their title for many years. The Trials garage is similar to letting a 3 year old play with the steering wheel at the arcade, when you haven't put any quarters in. They become a slightly happy...then realize...I'm not playing at all...then jump off the terrace. Very uncool

I really dont understand them not telling us anything about what their working on, for all we know its a blood dragon 2. So many players have just left because they have not given us any news not even the littlest bit its really frustrating

You of all people should have saw that coming. That garage nonsense was just a sleazy way of distracting the 3 people that still lurk these forums. Probably just to give an intern something to do over the summer.

I think most are at that point where they just don't care anymore. It's been 3+ years and not a single word on what to expect for the next game. The real tragedy, however, is how quickly they destroyed the once thriving Trials community. No new game will ever bring that back.

Last year we were expecting a new Trials game, and we got Blood Dragon. Then we were told we'd have some info late summer. That info still hasn't materialised.

You have to wonder what is going on in the Trials universe.

Blood Dragon wasn't even close to being a full Trials game, so I don't see how that could have possibly added a year to the development schedule for the next game.

If the same group are developing Blood Dragon...they are probably not working on the next actual Trials game. I'm guessing Dragon took a year?

I'm surprised at how nobody from RL steps up and gives some information. Just an obvious lack of respect towards the community. Granted we may be talking about 50 people? Compared to 4 million buying the game. But...we count more based on feedback alone. Let alone continual content created for the game, etc...which in return...pushes dlc.

I miss the RL of old...you know, when they cared. They've become too corporate...even though you'll have an occasional glimmer of the past where Anba raids the stream. I can think back to when HD came out and how they were always involved and you could see....this company cares and is part of the community.
Oh well, it is what it is.

I'm sure they still care about developing games...but not the core community...you know, the 5 of us left.

It's hard to believe I've been a part of Trials for 4 years already. There is no any game and there will be no game which can hold me for so long. And i'm watching it dying
The last update that was made in Fusion was 1,5 - 2 year ago... Unacceptable, but we're still playing and love the game. We support RedLynx and we've never turned our backs on them like devotee dogs. But, however, they don't let us know anything about the new game, they are quiet like nothing's happening. No dates, no hints, no news, no rumors; not even a word about how's their work going. WHAT A ***? It doesn't just piss me off, it makes me feel hurt and abandoned - that's how much I love Trials. One answer, one proper answer and i'm happy, Please... It's not that hard. If something's gone wrong a rough truth is better than a sweet lie, we will understand and there won't be any unbearable waitings.
