    Errror: 5-00000082 on starting game.

    When at the welcome splash screen, pressing X and connecting to servers I end up with an error code 5-00000082 saying cannot reach the servers.

    Tried reinstalling, PS4 is in DMZ, and restarted internet several times.

    What is this error?

    Got the same problem on PC. Could play the new patch for 1 hour and the game froze. after restarting the game i get the same message at startup

    Same thing is happening to me as well. Was able to log in perfectly fine when the patch just hit, got to play 2 games, was kicked out of a couple after that, and every time I tried to go into multiplayer I got the Season 2 reward screen popping up. I thought restarting the game would maybe fix the issue, the naive fool I was, and of course what I was greeted with after was that the servers were unreachable. It was the 5-00000082 error code as well.

    Ubisoft, please fix these kinds of things, we paid money for this.

    Got the same issue aswell, played this morning, and after some time i restarted the game and coulnt reach the servers anymore. Error code 5-00000082.
    There is nothing to be found in the forums or on the support websites regarding this error message, so i have no idea what the problem could be. I restarted everything from PC to the router, i disabled my firewall and verifyed the game files, reinstalled anti-cheat, deleted .ini files, reinstalled the whole game (which took 5 hours btw) and i still get the same error. I even send an email to ubisoft support but i didnt get any replies so far.
    by now there is nothing i can do but wait and watch lonely threads on steam forums and hope for a fix or an answer from the support. I can't help but start to regret my purchase (only bought the game 2 days ago)

    Same problem here on pc. Tried to re-install. Still not working. This is so anoying. Worked fine just before the season 3 patch. Was really looking forward to playing the new season instead ive spent the entire day downloading the game again only for it not to work. Please ubisoft, say something?

    Same problem....sent a support case....still no answer.'

    Last time i checked u shouldnt have to be an network expert or IT pro to download a game and press play....

    Downloaded ses 3, played for about 1 hour. Logged out, then suddenly 10 min later the servers are unreachable. And they still are.

    UPDATE!!

    I just disabled the whole firewall on my computer and tried getting in to the game. And for some reason it WORKED!!
