Can we get an option to not join games that are already started? I joined two games already in progress today that the entire team was just sitting in our spawn killing everything as soon as it spawned. If I were to quit I get a 10 minute penalty.

Then at the end of the second game after the score was over and everyone was dead, the game kept going on. It wouldn't end, the only option was to quit. Thanks for the ten minute penalty on that.
