Is the free version that is set to start on the 10th the same as the full purchasable version, or is some content cut? Is it the same size? Meaning, if I were to preload the free version now, and purchase the game tomorrow, would I have to download the game twice or would preloading the free version suffice?

Now, what if I preload said free version from the Uplay app and not Steam, but purchase the game from the Steam store? Will the game work on Steam? Will I have to download it twice, too?
