I've experienced this at the end of dominion and elimination matches
Once a team wins the game will go to a black screen and not end, or the winners will just be stuck in an empty map since the game refuses to end after they've won
This means you are forced to leave the game since it wont end, which then means you get a matchmaking penalty and have to wait before playing again, only for it to happen again
Could Ubisoft please remove the leavers penalty until they have fixed this problem
