I have tried following:
- Install Wildlands on C-drive
- Reinstall vcredist
- Reinstall directx
- Repair eac
- Reinstall Uplay
- Restart router
- Unplugged all other USB-devices but mouse and keyboard
- Update drivers
- Disable startup programs
- Disable other monitors
- Disable firewall

All other ubi/not ubi games work perfectly.
