If you dodge sideways you can get guardbroken, that's fine. But you should be able to dodge a gb backwards. It's freaking dumb that players track you straight through Norway like a homing missile.
This would be a good change to:
-reset the fight to neutral
-escape 50/50s (which are still in the game unfortunately)

No, I do not agree. Guard break is the hard counter to dodge, and that is the way it should be. Sometimes a dodgee may slip out of range of the GB if it was made a bit later than the dodge was input, which is fair.

A backwards dodge doesn't give you any advantages though. After the patches they could make it so that you lose more stamina on a backwards dodge.

Gaurdbreaking is op in this game. Personally i say the fact that you can gaurdbreak a dodge is stupid. You shouldn't be able to stop attack it's in the word itself you break a gaurd not a dodge or attack. Now if they want to change what it's called but it should only break gaurds.

Shinobi double dodge is just asking to get guard broken, how do you grab a ninja out of smoke. I would love that to just ask like a counter guard break.
