I am unable to load my ghost profile from the ghost recon network web site.
When selecting Ghost Profile I am redirected to the default page: https://ghostreconnetwork.ubi.com/en-US/ghost
rather than my actual profile which is: https://ghostreconnetwork.ubi.com/en...d265186d7d6c34
the only way I can access my profile is by clicking View Profile within Wildlands itself.
Furthermore, I cannot access the Task Force page either as it redirects me to the basic page for it as well: https://ghostreconnetwork.ubi.com/en-US/task-force
Any help in getting this sorted or figured out would be greatly appreciated.
I disabled my ad blocker and my Privacy Badger but that hasn't helped.
Once I am logged in, the "default" address (ending in ...en-US/ghost) is the correct one that takes me to my profile page.
My public page (what other people see if they click on my profile) has a long string of numbers/letters with my name at the end:
https://ghostreconnetwork.ubi.com/en...e/SERPENT-1333
So maybe you aren't logged in?
Nah, I'm definitely logged in.
Has my account and everything in the top right.
Strange. Sometimes it doesn't load for me, or it loads but says I am level 0 with no stats, and no task force page. Usually I just log out and wait a while, and then it works properly again.
Not sure what else to tell you... the GR Network is notoriously crappy.
Bump.
Having a similar issue. I can only access my GRN page via ingame. When i try it via browser, it tells me i don't even own the game: http://imgur.com/a/YZI22 .
Already found 2 reddit postings about this in the last 2 days, so i'm not the only person with this prob.
I really hope for a fix in the next days.![]()
I've recently come across a few other players who have mentioned encountering a similar situation as well. I'm going to go ahead and have this mentioned to the team.
@khayjeet Could you please share those Reddit threads you came across? I'd like to pass them along to the team as well. Thanks!
Thanks! Will see what I can find on this.Originally Posted by khayjeet Go to original post
I could solve the problem.
Logged into the GRN via mobile internet, not wifi. Suddenly the GRN loaded up, and not only that, i can also access it via wifi now. Don't ask me what exactly the problem was, but at least it's solved now.![]()
im finding ubisoft have random outages that the team has not considered doing any monitoring on there servers so they could repair these issues . I have read numerous reports and concluded there is an downtime if there is a lag your distance to server will depend on if u can continue using the services or not. Your hops and ping depend on your host to be able to peform these operations but if there is host downtime or lag bandwith is restricted to how far it will travel to your computer.Servers are down often causing the problems that ubi has yet to discover .
