Assuming the dedicated servers hold up properly , I'd like to see a three-sided mode (assuming the new servers can support an additional four players), but I'd prefer it to be a three-team Elimination mode. All three teams should be locked to one of the three factions' character lists; if you get placed on the Viking team, you're only able to select Viking characters, for example. Split the players up the way Elimination does, but make sure to place an equal number of players from each team against each other.

For example, two Viking players will face off against two of the Samurai players, and the other two Vikings will face two of the Knight players. The remaining two Knights and Samurai will face each other. Each player has one life per round (besides revives), the same as in Elimination; the last faction with at least one team member still standing wins the round, first to three rounds wins the match.

I'd also like to see this mode introduce a single-character limit, to ensure there is a varied list of characters being played in each round.

This gives us a real "faction fight" sort of mode, though I'm fairly certain it would have to disregard your Faction War allegiance and just randomly assign you to a team.

This would also encourage players to learn more than one or two characters, since in order to play this particular mode you would be best served by learning to play at least one character from each faction. I think this would also help to cut back on any potential "gang up" activity between teams, since all teams are equally engaged against both opposing teams.

Does this sound like a game mode that you would enjoy playing?
