I'm genuinely sorry you feel that way, but realize that your comment has no actual impact on the company or its employees. Ever since release, the team has been hard at work bringing new content, fixing the issues based on their data (#data), and keeping in contact with its player base throughout the game's lifetime. It may take a long time for most of that stuff to be released both because it takes time to create the content as well as for it to get confirmed and pushed through because of the company's policies, but it does get done.
Nobody is getting fired, the game is exactly as advertised, and it's actually a very successful game considering it's a new title from Ubisoft. It has an unbelievable amount of potential and I for one am excited to see how the game develops.
I'm sorry you don't feel the same. Try to give them some credit, they aren't just sitting back and letting the game die, because it's not even close to dead. Lost a few fingers along the way, but the game and the team are both going strong.
