I've thought of something while going through some of my characters in their customizations and I realize that we're sorta lacking a bit in that department.
There are people who have already obtained passed rep 20 which is the last material you can get for every hero. Although there's a lack material to even use.
Besides putting in more material (which would greatly help in style points) I think there should be challenges for each individual hero to obtain some the materials.
EXAMPLE
The Raider should kill 5 people with the bear trap to obtain said material.
The peacekeeper should bleed out however many people to get said material.
The Shugoki should use Demon's Embrace to kill however many people to obtain said material.
You basically get where I'm going with this although I think this would also work really well if there were individual material usage.
EXAMPLE
Warden
Head- Copper
Left Shoulder- Bronze
Right Shoulder- Silver
Arms- Black Iron
Chest- Gold
Legs- Iron
I would also like to point out that the Knights are the only ones with a gold material option besides the peacekeeper. I think it would also be best if this was taken a look at so that the factions had their own unique materials to use because the Vikings and the Samurai share the exact same material which I think is a little odd since I would've expected that the Samurai would have different colored wood for instance oak wood or red wood or something.
I'd also think there should be exclusive material only for those who have completed the challenges for a certain hero and a material that is also given to those who have completed every challenge for every hero in one faction which is for those heros. Also another exclusive material for those who have completed all 3 factions for every hero and is given to every hero as well.
The best reason why I think this is needed is because it helps us try out some of our feats that we usually wouldn't try out and causes us to play other characters that we don't usually try out as well.
Plus this would really make things flashy on the battlefield!

Agreed one of my irritations as far as material now I know it's not in the light of the Leathers in the case of the Viking but that f****** atrocious zebra skin on the only Lemae armor that I have seen so far for warlord. is absolutely irritating I want the armor badly but I absolutely hate that f****** zebra skin.
Anyway I do to make a post about this how we should have the options for different materials and also there should be an automatic material match when it comes to preserver people are walking around with chainmail chest and then somehow having fabric sleeves.
As far as ranges and colors of leather though there's only so far you can go with that but still a needs to be expanded quite frankly everything needs to be microcosm when it comes to customization.
If no one knows what I aventails is I will explain the Avent owl is the thing that is usually below their Helm like the Raider or the one thing beserker has one but doesn't have a Helm it wraps around the head what I don't get is these are honestly most commonly chainmail in the instance of the Raider for example he has a ham that covers his full face and the aventail that is a complete chainmail
but it would be nice then again like I said to have customize abilities that you have to earn the fabrics, colors and leathers and you could also buy exclusive stuff that way once it's time is up to be sold no one can get it which is what also help as far as people not looking the same
But anyway it irks me that Berserker doesn't have a standard Helm option doesn't have the option to have a full chainmail aventail. And ask for all characters that are the Vikings that are men I guess the option to have different beards. That way even if the face does stay the same with it being under a Helm it would still change the look at drastically to wear even if you ran into somebody that's completely identical to your armor you still at least have a different beard. As well as having the option to change the hair that would be nice. I mean at least allow me the option to change my hair from the dreadlocks to valks hair or remove the hair. Just standard long hair would be nice.
But honestly I can't push the beard option harder that one thing would change the whole premises of the game and it doesn't seem like it take that much effort to implement it. Granted its viking exclusive but the Vikings characters are unique because of the simple fact that you can see part of their faces. Whereas the Samurai and knights their armor actually hides their face as well I guess the valk too. But the Raider the warlord and the beserker both should have a fair amount of beard options.
As well it would be nice to have maybe two other settings as far as body types for each hero doesn't have to dress the clean crease their size or nothing but at least again if you win against another favorite character that everybody's using you would at least have the satisfaction of them not being identical to you. You can have a lean option the middle option being the way the characters are now and then a buff option where there a little bit more muscular not a lot but realistically muscular.
Little small things like beard, body types, hair, and material that would definitely change the game as a whole. Then again I'll probably not get done though.
Another thing I hate about the Viking faction though and honestly it's the most irritating is the fact that hair color is tied to the armor. That irks the f*** out of me. Maybe with every new armor that comes out you know there would be a beard color that comes with that piece of armor but you could still change the beard color and also because you got that new armor you just earned a new color to add on to other load outs for that character.

I really like this idea of mini-quests too!
It could encourage players to try out new things and would make some material/symbols/customization options feel a bit more special since you had to actually do stuff to unlock it. And even if you don't focus on completing the quest to unlock it, it could be completed naturally during your progression if you actually main a specific hero. Thanks!
