I've been reading up on the "Neutral faction"-Thread
http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...eutral-faction
and I got an idea:
How about we don't decide for one faction in the beginning of the season but rather fight for whatever faction our chosen character is?
e.g.:
I play as a Raider -> War assets will be used to help the viking faction
I play a Warden -> War assets used for the knight faction
There is one major advantage to this: Rewards
Instead of only giving rewards to the players, who happened to be in the winning faction (which seems a bit random to me tbh), give everyone rewards for the characters of said faction. This would in my opinion give an incentive to try different characters and different factions as well.
e.g.:
Vikings win -> Everybody gets rewards for their viking characters
Knights win -> you get the point
You would have to introduce faction specific loot chests, but that shouldn't be an issue...
Rewards would also be dependent on the level that the character is developed to... Play more Vikings -> higher levels -> better rewards.
Let me know what you think about this. In my opinion this would be a refreshing change.
