Good day everyone. I wanted to bring up to the few Conqueror mains that there might be a new tech in town.
"Might," as in I am not sure if this is particularly new, given the fanbase's genuine disinterest in sharing their newly-found moves with the rest of the community, and rather would have it simply found by playing games with others. Me and a newly-made Viking friend had decided to practice our skills in a 1v1 duel on a custom match. We picked the newly added Garden map as it is flat, and there are few ledges for... accidents, to happen. He was trying out a Conqueror tech that included soft-feigning a heavy attack (something that I believe to have been in the game since launch so nothing new there) into a shield bash. I went Conqueror after finding a tech as Warden, and had found that doing the same procedure, but swapping out the shield bash with a heavy attack created a devastating mix-up. We had a few sparring matches after, and the matches become quite heated after slowly mastering our new techs. It seems to have a good amount of utility and mix-up potential in online matchmaking, so perhaps my fellow Knights should choose Conqueror sometime and give it a quick test run?
I like how you describe what tech you were using as a Warden. It's fun trying to decode nonsense from incomplete data.
You're like anyone in Ohio older than 60 giving directions; "Yeah what you wanna do is go down Main until you pass by where the old Mill used to be. Then you want to bang a left where the Dairy Queen got torn down, and go all the way down until you find the old Farm they turned into, um. I can't remember but ya go down to the ol farm. Should find what yer lookin for if'n it still exists."
How bout you describe what it is you're talking about?
