I did a few Duels PvP, and my opponent's Raiders emoted and they had vocals with the emote. Not just grunts and hollers either. Like full on voice lines. So, when will we Samurai get emotes with voice lines? I guess the Knights should get some too...Don't play favorites now. ;3
We can't give an ETA on when new emotes release and what they'll be. You'll have to wait until an announcement is made on our Warrior's Den stream.Originally Posted by Flyin Japman4 Go to original post
...you'd be actually surprised if you know who some of the Samurai faction voice actors are. (in-game voices, not the single-player dialogues)Originally Posted by Flyin Japman4 Go to original post
They're famous... and expensive people...!
Plz share if you know, I'm genuinely curious because I find the Samurai vocals to be like nails on a chalkboard. I wish I could turn it off specifically for them because every time I hear a Nobushi screech or a female Orochi make noises I want to split my head open. Personally I think they ruined a lot of emotes when they changed it. Lawbro Glorious! Is now just a clanking mess, and now the voice sounds different if a teammate is the one spamming it. I don't like it. And the first peacekeeper emote still hasn't been fixed, when she taps the sword and dagger above her head. The video in the emote menu says it's the same, but it isn't.Originally Posted by kweassa1 Go to original post
Yes, I also noticed this. It seems really weird I have to say. Glitched is maybe the better word.Originally Posted by Flyin Japman4 Go to original post
Actually the Samurai voices on emote have been broken since the Season 3 update. The female Orochi no longer makes any kind of sounds on emote, the Nobushi is also mute and the male Kensei merely grunts now rather than doing his victory shout. When will these be fixed?Originally Posted by UbiJurassic Go to original post
I have reported the Orochi issue already in the support section of the forum. Weirdly enough if an opponent emotes their character always has a fully voiced phrase or shout or laugh. Why is it like this? Why can we not hear our characters properly if we are playing them and yet they have a complete sound file when we see them as an opponent?
