4vs4, always with red ping and unbalanced as always

1vs1, well what does mean "par" and you gotta play wih yellow-red ping (idk only in my rank??)

2vs2, doesn't exist at all

first of all, small amount of player..
yellow-red pings are disguisting, teleporting non stop 100ms attacks everywhere
where i can find the peace is only bot match without matchmaking, and it's not fun at all even this thing gives us extreamly small amount of rewards.
if i can't play this game fun anymore, is there more reasons to play this game?
