I've been in contact with them for weeks. I wouldn't say it's constant because of their end. But Yannick said that if you meet all requirements for the PTS and didn't receive an invite to contact customer support and ask them to review your account. Ok so that's what I did and they have beat around the bush and apparently never did what apparently the higher ups said that they would do. I'm not so mad that I missed out on the PTS as much as I am that if you say you are going to do something than do it! How many Chief's are running this side show????
