So do u ever restore this robot aliens memory....EVER ??? Because I'm starting to think that he's just there to get me to get better times on all these tracks ? But I'm a little slow so....

Those memories he's "restoring" are actually bugs in the game so you should be completing it any day now.

Like ciscodelicious said, Anba never ends. All it does it take someone slightly ahead of you on the leaderboards so essentially your just improving your prior best time.
It is a good source of exp points though so if you enjoy anba, you should avoid setting new records unnecessarily. I won't keep a new record unless it comes against anba or in the bunker.
If you somehow set the #1 time on every track in the game then anba should end as it would constantly be looking for a new opponent but wouldn't find one unless someone took a #1 spot back from you.
