I understood why samurai faction got the same ornament for all heros. They want this to be recongnizable...
But that wasn't said to us in the beggining of the round, so we are exepcting a reward as good as the one get in season 1.

Not only this, the rewards we got are not a big deal and it makes not only Samurais but all players feel that isn't worth to deploy war assets.

My suggestion:
Give something in exchange, like steel pieces.
30.000 steel pieces would be aceptable, IMO.
