I have a problem with the game for about 2-3 months.

I run the game on highest settings (dynamic reflections are turned off) at 1920x1080 and I get approximately 80-110 FPS (depending on the map, the weather and the mode).

This is my system which should be good enough for the game:

Win 10
i5 4960
GTX 1060 6GB
16GB RAM
SSD + HDD
Playing with a wireless Xbox One controller
NAT Type: Green

The problem is that the game runs viscous and seems to be a little bit stuttering although I have 80FPS and more.
The menu is also stuttering. In the menus I have 60 FPS (it seems to be limited to 60 FPS) but sometimes when I select something then the FPS go down to 28 and go up to 60 again. The game and the menus are not running smoothly.

When I activate Vsync (double or tripple) then it runs usually fine. Sometimes the FPS are falling below 60 FPS and then it is stuttering for some seconds.
When I use tripple Vsync then I feel some delay so I can only use double Vsync but the menus are not running smoothly, not matter what I do.

I already tried different settings in the Nvidia configuration, I installed it on the SSD and in the HDD but this did not eliminate the problem.

I also deactivated other programms that run in the backgrond but this did not help too.

I do not have these problems in any other game.


Sometimes it is a little bit better and it feels like it depends on the Ubisoft servers or their Easy Anti Cheat programm. Is this possible?
Does anybody else have these problems?
Does anybody know what I could do?
