I was playing For Honor 7/27/17 Skirmish vs bots
One player on the team had reputation of 54 others were
10,3,and I am 30.i thought it capped st 30,than will be 40
Is 54 that this person have correct or is there something
Happening that is unfair?

If I understand you right, then I believe what you saw was an overall reputation of that player's account. Maybe the latest update went past you and you were unaware of the fact that now you see a total reputation in the loading screen instead of a singular, per-hero reputation, thus you can see players of reputation 117, 87 or 61 etc. You can swap between this, new overview and the old one by pressing Ctrl.

Now, if that wasn't what you had on your mind, then the highest reputation one can have PER HERO (character), is 30. It's displayed in the smaller circle. Therefore I believe that the number you saw was a total reputation accumulated from all the other heroes. I believe everything is correct and fair.

My other characters are level one my inside circle /wings is
30 must be something new on some platforms that the reputation show higher than the max 30

In 1.09 we changed the face-off screen so the new number you're seeing is the sum of all the rep across all heroes. Patch notes here.
