Just a reminder that salvage should be used instead of steel to change the appearence of weapons and armor. We already pay steel for recruiting characters, new outfits and everything cosmetic related.
they responded to a thread I opened a week ago or so and said that changes to salvage usage are coming. as for how soon, only obisofr and their secret keepers know. hope it's helpful
