I experienced an issue where the Tier Point amount did not reset after leveling up.

I can't help you but I can confirm that the whole XP System seems strange since the Update (PS4)
XP are not shown but counted. Or I don't get XP for Kills, and/or no XP for Enemies that are in a Vehicle.

Ya I've noticed that too. I don't think that's a bug, though. I assumed that it was implemented to nerf the 1-shot helicopter grind.

My next idea is to activate a 'Tier One booster' to see if that resets the point values.

Guess you're right. But it was just so much effective 😕
I would not waste my Booster on that. Maybe you get an Answer from Ubisoft.
