Sounds like you've run into some bugs. If you have a clip of the bugs occurring, or even if you can give a brief verbal description of them you can let me know or report it to us, as that would be more helpful.

This seems to be coming mainly for XB1 users from what I've seen on posts around here. On PS4, I've had no additional problems since 1.09, and overall gameplay has been smoothed a bit.
