no xp for shooting hostile vehicles and aircraft after patch. | Forums

Since the new patch was installed not receving xp credits for anythinb except marking if vehicles.. no kill, no undetected. before patch I would receive 500-600 xp for shooting unidad armored vehicles and since the patch only 34 for marking.

What gives??

Tell me, is there any possibility to downgrade to previous version of the game? I don't want to play in today's fu.cki.ng update!

I've seen this brought up by some other players as well and have poked the team for more info on this.

I have seen one player say that this was merely a visual bug for them, and that they were indeed still getting experience despite the XP bar not appearing on their screen. Can anyone here confirm this situation?

Same thing is happening for me and my friends. Killing any enemy helicopter or car will not give any XP or Tier points at all Since this patch was released. Ubisoft Fix this Problem ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tested No XP/ Tier point Issue with new Patch

Ok Sorry about earlier Ubi-Iudex, had a bad day and I posted I that one comment out of rage seconds after you responded to this thread.

So me and my friends have troubleshooted the best we can. I can guarantee it Is not that Visual bug you mentioned about that one player.

Test 1: we shot at enemy occupied vehicles such as helicopters, armored cars, Trucks, convoys, etc. to see if we still got the XP/Tier points even if it didn't show. the result is no XP/Tier Points were gained. I had 1,758 out of 40,150 Tier points (Just got to Tier LV 23) I have shot at least 12 Helicopters and 5 Convoys. My Tier Points still remained ant 1,758. My friend also had the same exact results, simple no points gained.

Test 2. Restated the game then repeated Test 1: and the Results are the same killed enemy Occupied vehicles no XP/Tier Points shown on HUD, Then checked Tier One Level progress bar and still at 1,758 out of 40,150 Tier points.

Test 3: Complete Re-instillation Of Ghost Recon Wildlands yep I did it thank god for fast internet. Results are the same Still no XP/Tier point gain from killing Enemy occupied vehicles.


Conclusion: So yea Ubi-Iudex I really do not think this is a visual bug in any way shape or form. I hope this helps you get this issue resolved for everyone.


One thing I should mention near the end of this testing I was able to hit a single enemy directly In a car and got 49 Tier points (same as a single enemy on foot) it seems when the others in the vehicles die by said vehicles explosion it doesn't count the XP/Tier points Maybe something to look at?

I noticed no xp gained what so ever from shooting anything unidad related, so cars, helicopters now have no xp and ive checked the tier page after a kill and no xp gain.
considering at my tier (20), a unidad helicopter was more than half the xp as a convoy. this is a huge loss of xp and makes it take longer to level up now.
