Please give the G28 scope some love

    Dear Devs,
I recently switched back to the G28 scope after discovering, that you guys actually fixed the zeroing issue that it had. Thanks for that.
But there's still a major problem with that scope: the huge black ring around the reticle.
It looks absolutely horrible, makes the scope harder to use and just shouldn't be there (irl it's actually a sign of a misaligned scope).

This is what the scope looks in the game:

And this is how it should look like:

Please have a look at this. I really love the G28 scope but its current state is awful.

Agreed. This is my scope of choice with the Mark 14 since I can use it CQC or from a decent distance.

This. Also, one thing I just realized which is pretty annoying: When zooming in, the whole screen actually is zoomed, not only the part which is visible through the scope. Somewhat strange.

Agreed. While it still wouldn't visually represent what a person could see in the real world by keeping both eyes open, I think you could still retain some of that peripheral awareness you lose by making the whole screen zoom in with the scope.

No.... This is one thing on a laundry list of things that are being requested. Keeba has noted before that they read through all of these posts but they can't respond to each and every request without the risk of sounding like a broken record. They say that they collect these ideas, suggestions, problems and forward them on.

Ecxellent montage. Id really love to see them do this, but id even more love to see them make the G28 scope attachable on Assault rifles since some of them are way superior DMR rifles.

I don't think that's likely to happen because of "balance" reasons.
