The global event modifier that will do more damages to npcs at close range glitches sometimes and makes them invincible when the activity modifier that allows npcs to do more damage from a distance. After the enemy armor is taken down they no longer take damage. I loged out and back in with no issues but after doing a second run it happens again. It only happens when I have both modifiers on. I changed it to the global modifier only and had no issues.
I have also experienced this effect.
When Lone Star 6 Procs, I stop doing damage. (This seems to happen with Crucial Assault on and when I shoot a mob that is in a close range vulnerable state)
