Tried turning on the game again after a few months away from being tired of the constant errors and disconnects. Played a few successful 1v1 rounds then attempted some Dominion matches, and EVERY match still disconnects for different reasons.
Get your game fixed. The consumer shouldn't have to fix the problems on our end. The product should run cleanly and effectively (hopefully from day one). I'll come back in another 5 months. By then, it would be disappointing to still have the same problems to such an amazing game.
Yes my NAT is green, yes my ports are open, yes my ping is great, yes my connection to the internet is great. Yes yes yes. Now fix it. Or give us our money back for a faulty product that does not work as described.
My apologies. Like I said in another thread, If it's gotten worse than usual - please send in a ticket.
Tickets are annoying and unfortunately support can't always give you immediate answers, but more if we see numerous tickets coming in we'll know there's a problem that needs immediate attention.
