Hardly an expert, she isn't my main, just put a decent amount of time into her recently as one of my rep five projects, but against a centurion the nobushi has an advantage most don't have, Hidden Stance allows her to not only dodge the fist, pin and kick attempts but to go right back on the offensive and make him bleed, if you can stagger him into a wall with a kick on top of that that's a free heavy which if way of the shark is active is a huge chunk of health for his health pool.Originally Posted by nufrancis Go to original post

Thx Draghmar, nice infoOriginally Posted by Draghmar Go to original postIts a shame no guide for cent and shinobi in that thread. Maybe because its guide from season 1
Yes, it's a bit old I'm afraid but still viable for older classes.Originally Posted by nufrancis Go to original post
For Shinobi I mostly just wait for the kick or range attack/GB to punish that. Bleeding is very deadly for Shinobi because of the health pool he has - it forces Shinobi to be more aggressive. So HS is your friend here.
Cent...I don't like fighting against him. I go full passive there because of how easy (for some reason) is to parry lights by Cent. Just wait for one of the signature move and punish it. And avoid walls behind your back. HS can help here but because it's quite hard to time it properly HS can be very dangerous.
Yeah it can be hit and miss a little, I have days I have 30-50% success rate, on others it all sort of just clicks and I am turning him into a pin cushion whenever he attempts one of his signature moves.Originally Posted by Draghmar Go to original post
Shinobi I have more experience as the shinobi player than against them. Honestly I feel if the shinobi is ranging you you need to walk forward and not stop until you've backed them into a corner, but this means your blocks and cgb at the least have to be on point because that can turn into a real grind and if they deflect you they get space all over again. Also their feints are pretty quick, I was forced to experiment with that last night because a raider was trading my kicks with zone attack and when I went ranged was simply dodging everything, I managed to close and the feints were what pulled me over the line because they honestly are wicked fast and the heavy looks like it is going when the chain swings out some.
