I understand that this is not the reply you were looking for. Still for now, our Development Team is investigating this matter, as there was no reason for paying Players to have any kind of ads.
I will ask for your patience during this time, and I would like to take this opportunity to to apologize for this issue, again. This is not the best situation, but at this point we do not have an individual solution to give to each one of our Players.

Please kill the "Toy Blast - Pop the cubes" advert, before I kill myself. Every time the ad reaches the end, a white screen appears and the Trials app crashes. This advert comes mostly, I can hardly get the free stuffs...

Its in game adverts for other ubi games at the moment. Rabbids and Hungry Shark etc.
To be honest, while I agree no one should get these if you have spent money (they are still an ad after all), I can live with these since they don't interrupt my gameplay. That said I really don't think we need to see any of these pop ups more than once... you've got a new game out, ok, thanks for letting me know... if I'm not going to download it after the first view, I'm not going to after the tenth either!!Originally Posted by Bonxy Go to original post

The pop-up ads are still showing at the start of the game and also sometimes after a race for the dog. We shouldn't get any adverts if we've paid money, especially if it was specifically stated.
With the adverts we watch for Gems or Tickets certain ones will always hard crash the game. I suspect we all get different ones depending on our location in the world meaning a lot of testing but this must be done, it's clear though it's not done thoroughly enough.
Yes ads can be annoying. In my situation the game crashes 50% of the time after I select to watch a video for extra gens, coins, tickets you name it. Even sometimes after forced ads after races. I'm on android (shameless plug add me for daily gifts xD)

I'm so sorry that you are facing ads when you already made a purchase ingame.
Unfortunately at this time you are not the only player experiencing this. A few players have reported the same issue and we have reported this to our game developers. We are forwarding all information regarding our players device model and operating system version, to assist them solving this issue.
We have also forwarded our players concerns regarding not being able to play. But please note that solving this issue is not a quick process, because altering any part of the game can lead to more issues arising, instead of solving the ones at present.
In the meantime, unfortunately, I have no further troubleshooting steps to offer that may help with this issue. I'm really sorry for that. Please rest assured that when there are news regarding this, all players will be informed in our Forums and Facebook.

Yet another convoluted response, a simple 'No, you shouldn't be seeing ads, we're looking into it' would suffice, or just have the balls to say 'we've changed our policy on this, tough luck'.
Latest update seems to have affected other people and made it more frequent. Joy!
Also found the screenshot of the offer I received when it appeared. UK version for no real reason at all.
Can we get a response from a forum moderator, please?
