    Random sanction

    Basically this bs has been happening for a year and now I'm fed up. I start queuing, CANCEL the queue and it pops up the message for the match abandonment so I try to reconnect to this "phantom game" and it gives me a connectivity error. I try to join back and it just starts to look for a new match, so I immediately stop queuing since it's obvious that it's not reconnecting to the """abandoned match""" but then it tells me again that I have to reconnect to the match!! I keep trying to reconnect but it just doesn't, it queues for a new match so, as I said, it seems obvious that I hadn't joined any match. I'm now having a 2 hours sanction and I got DERANKED after having literally just gotten to gold 3 after a LOT of effort. Ubi fix this bs, I've spent good money on this game and this is unacceptable. It's YOUR problem if servers don't work well, why do I have to pay for it? Why do I have to get random sanctions?! Who's gonna give me back my MMR? No one. This is bs.

    PS: English is not my native language, if anything needs to be repeated I'll explain but please at least give a single damn about this issue. It's unnerving.

    This is something that is known to the team and is actively being investigated

    Do you happen to recall the Date / Times you received the 2 hour sanction?

    We can then forward this on for investigation

    Hi, and many thanks for replying (really, I appreciate this a lot.)
    The "joined match" bug happened at about 9.29pm, while the sanction was given to me at about 9.55pm

    Please help

    I was banned for 24 hrs because my game crashed in an unranked… the last time I was banned was 3 days ago because my wifi went out.. please unban me this is unfair

    Sorry to hear you've had issues in-game leading to disconnects and abandon sanctions.

    Please be aware though that temporary bans are issues by an automated system, therefore we cannot overturn or lift these bans early.

    If you find disconnects happen often, please consider giving the steps in this connectivity guide a try and feel free to let us know if you need any further help.
