Special Offers Disappear | Forums

Any one have a fix for seeing special offers? I know there's one that is currently going on but it's not appearing in my general store. It seems that if I don't purchase the first day they show up on the main screen that they just disappear even if they are a month long promotion.

I'm having the same problem. I contacted support about this repeatedly to no avail. They offered me no help whatsoever other than force closing my game which didn't work. I tried it numerous times. Then they just dumped me off to search the forum for answers. I worked my butt off in an attempt to pay $12.99. Again like I said, in the end, support did nothing for me but waste my time. In my opinion, they should give me the outfit at least and really, also the 300 gems for all the trouble I went through.

Yeah it's pretty sad that when you feel like spending some money on an offer that it disappears well before the time is up. I'm not even trying to wait till the last minute. I'll see an offer that's got 3+ days left and it'll be off my account that afternoon. Oh well guess its saving me money .
