The Rainbow Six team contacted our developers and they believe your connection to the Asian region to be a mistake, you should indeed be connecting to the European region. They have received similar feedback previously from other customers, so they have heard of this before. Now that our developers are well aware of this issue, this issue will be resolved, though I am unable to give you an estimated time.
