    Still no word on PVP

Ubisoft needs to say something. My 2 cents is that it is very close to being cancelled.

And you base this on what, exactly?

Yeah, a few YouTubers talking trash about the game. From "devs ran out of ideas" to "game is dead".

Well they announce GRWL launch trailer which revealed PVP then they just go completely quiet. E3 comes and they say absolutely nothing. AC Origins is coming out in Oct. I am not saying that it is cancelled, but it does seem like they are close to scrapping it. Isnt this the same with every game that gets cancelled. I.E. 8 Days, The Getaway, Scalebound they announce it then go quiet and next thing you know it gets scrapped. The pvp for this game is following the same pattern. It is like somebody said "If they thought they had something promising they would show something." E3 was the thing that made me take notice. And that is the main thing, they have to have something to show by now, but they don't.

OMG. They have not gone 'completely quiet'. They repeatedly say PvP is coming and we will have release info by the end of summer.

I guess the anouncement they are inviting players local to the Paris area to apply for test sessions with the Devs means your 2 cents isn't worth even that.

I am curious as to their revenue plans associated with PvP. It will have to depend on microtransactions, I would think. I can't really see why they would be pushing on with PvP at this point unless they think they can make money from releasing it. I doubt they anticipate release of PvP will sell very many more copies of the game. I guess if they build it good enough, it might sell enough to make it worth their investment. Making R6 Siege better sold more copies of the game for them.
