Can you help me...we just bought this game...of course it was a pre-owned game...we went to install it...it said there was an update...i clicked ok for the update...when it was installed at 100% it will not let him play says error...live update error....does this have anything to do with the maintenance going on?

Bought the game last night and received a message about the live update install fail. Very annoyed I can't play a game I paid $59 for.
